We step in to manage all vendor communications, lead your rehearsal with grace, and oversee every logistical detail of the wedding day itself. Consider us your professional advocates, ensuring the event you’ve built is executed with precision, soul, and zero stress.

Yes, I do have a list of trusted vendors I love to work with! However, I don’t require that you use them. If you have someone else in mind, I am open-minded and happy to vet new vendors to ensure they meet your standards.

Your peace of mind is my priority. In the unlikely event of an emergency, I have a list of local planners who can step in, and I maintain a list of assistants who can take over. All your details, checklists, venue diagrams, and contact lists are documented and shared with my backup team. I would ensure a replacement arrives fully informed to run your day seamlessly.

I focus on storytelling design, choosing elements that say something about your journey as a couple and speak to you rather than just choosing a trend. We start with your shared story- where you met, favorite dates, or cherished rituals.

I charge a flat fee. This gives you a clearly defined scope and predictable pricing, so you know exactly what to expect from the start.

I make myself readily available, but I aim to make our process organized. I prefer to communicate via email for major updates to keep everything in writing, and texting or call for quick questions. We will have a kick off meeting in person, followed by monthly check- ins in the beginning, moving on bi-weekly or weekly calls as we get closer to your wedding day. The schedule is based on the needs of my clients and the level of planning selected.
